Rules specific to this job
Veneer units are "not less than 70 mm thick", with "not less than a 25 mm air space" over a wood frame; the Code sets no maximum air space.
OBC 9.20.6.4.(1)–(2)"Slab and panel facings of precast concrete and natural or artificial stone shall conform to Subsection 4.3.2" — a design provision, so ask the City how a thin or panel system is assessed.
